I had a fantastic 3-night stay here! The pool area was amazing, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Plus, the breakfast options were better than I expected!

The location was great they had Olive Garden right across the street we had an amazing late meal there and it was perfect after a long day of travel and the breakfast had something for everyone Barb was quick at replenishing the food and that was refreshing to see

Had a nice stay for a night! The breakfast was solid with plenty to choose from, and Barb made sure it was all stocked up. Jay at check-in was super friendly. The room itself was clean, but it felt a bit outdated. Noise from the hall was pretty loud too. Overall, decent experience.

The Surestay Hotel By Best Western Wenatchee was wonderfully clean and well-lit, with spacious rooms and easy access throughout the property, making it senior-friendly. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable during my stay.

However, the pillows were uncomfortable and I found the room a bit dark without a ceiling light. Overall, the stay was decent for a quick stop while exploring the area.

My recent stay was fantastic! The breakfast with waffles and biscuits was a treat, and the pool area was spacious. I felt like I was in my own little retreat and definitely would return.

The hotel's exterior and interior seem dated, with some misleading photos giving an impression of a better view than what's actually there—overlooking commercial buildings. Breakfast options were underwhelming. the fruit looked a bit sad, and the small dining area could get cramped. Navigating the hotel was tricky due to a broken door near our room, forcing a longer trek through the lobby each time.

The staff, especially Barb at the front desk, provided exceptional service and was genuinely helpful. The breakfast featured buttermilk biscuits, although options were limited, and no fresh fruit was available. The room felt a bit dated but was comfortable. While the air conditioning worked well, the thin breakfast selection disappointed some guests.
